The Maison Nourish Farmer's market is a new concept that serves farm to table food weekly. The menu will not be replicated again! It depends on what organic produce is available at the farms and it depends on the season. These dishes are from ingredients in an experimental farm made into dishes at the dining table.
Unlike a restaurant where the same thing is made from the menu — this concept depends on the freshest ingredients and is home made without artificial preservatives and colours. It's also focussed on healthy ingredients which have nourishment; that's why it's called Maison Nourish.
It's a very French concept coming from places like The Grand Epicerie in Paris at Bon Marché — a new concept for our city and country, best enjoyed fresh each week.
